ALSA: aica: Use managed buffer allocation
Clean up the driver with the new managed buffer allocation API. The hw_params and hw_free callbacks became superfluous and got dropped. Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20191209094943.14984-61-tiwai@suse.de Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>

I had to slightly modify the logic around tpm_tis_spi_transfer() for this to work without introducing ugly casts. In this case the TPM ignores the transfer and misses for example the GO command. The driver is unable to detect this communication problem and will wait for a command response that is never going to arrive, timing out eventually. As a workaround, the small delay ensures that the CS line is held long enough, even with a faulty SPI master. Other SPI masters are not affected, except for a negligible performance penalty.
