2011-03-14[SCSI] hpsa: export resettable host attributeStephen M. Cameron
This attribute, requested by Redhat, allows kexec-tools to know whether the controller can honor the reset_devices kernel parameter and actually reset the controller. For kdump to work properly it is necessary that the reset_devices parameter be honored. This attribute enables kexec-tools to warn the user if they attempt to designate a non-resettable controller as the dump device. Signed-off-by: Stephen M. 2010-10-08[SCSI] st: add MTWEOFI to write filemarks without flushing drive bufferKai Makisara
This patch adds a new MTIOCTOP operation MTWEOFI that writes filemarks with immediate bit set. This means that the drive does not flush its buffer and the next file can be started immediately. This speeds up writing in applications that have to write multiple small files. Signed-off-by: Kai Makisara <kai.makisara@kolumbus.fi> Signed-off-by: James Bottomley <James.Bottomley@suse.de>

2010-08-04Documentation: update broken web addresses.Justin P. Mattock
Below you will find an updated version from the original series bunching all patches into one big patch updating broken web addresses that are located in Documentation/* Some of the addresses date as far far back as 1995 etc... so searching became a bit difficult, the best way to deal with these is to use web.archive.org to locate these addresses that are outdated. Now there are also some addresses pointing to .spec files some are located, but some(after searching on the companies site)where still no where to be found. In this case I just changed the address to the company site this way the users can contact the company and they can locate them for the users. Signed-off-by: Justin P.
