Deduplicate the same functionality implemented in several places by
moving the cmp_int() helper macro into linux/sort.h.
The macro performs a three-way comparison of the arguments mostly useful
in different sorting strategies and algorithms.

lib/sort.c: add _nonatomic() variants with cond_resched()2025-04-01T22:20:46ZKent Overstreetkent.overstreet@linux.dev2025-03-26T15:26:06Zurn:sha1:e2a33a2a3258794891cdd6ca4b1318da6594d157
bcachefs calls sort() during recovery to sort all keys it found in the
journal, and this may be very large - gigabytes on large machines.
This has been causing "task blocked" warnings, so needs a
cond_resched().
