selftests/powerpc: Return errors from all tests

Fix some tests which weren't returning an error code from main. Although these tests only ever return success, they can still fail if they time out and the harness kills them. If that happens they still return success to the shell, which is incorrect and confuses the higher level error reporting. selftests/powerpc: make sub-folders buildable on their own

Build breaks when executing make with run_tests for sub-folders under powerpc. In some powerpc/ sub-folder Makefiles, CFLAGS are defined before lib.mk include. Clean it up by re-ordering the flags to follow after the mk include. This is needed to support sub-folders in powerpc/ buildable on its own. We have a general signal fuzzer, sigfuz, which can modify the MSR & NIP before sigreturn. But the chance of it hitting a kernel address and also clearing MSR_PR is fairly slim. So add a specific test of sigreturn to a kernel address, both with and without attempting to clear MSR_PR (which the kernel must block). selftests: Skip TM tests on synthetic TM implementations

Transactional Memory was removed from the architecture in ISA v3.1. For threads running in P8/P9 compatibility mode on P10 a synthetic TM implementation is provided. In this implementation, tbegin. always sets cr0 eq meaning the abort handler is always called. This is not an issue as users of TM are expected to have a fallback non transactional way to make forward progress in the abort handler. The TEXASR indicates if a transaction failure is due to a synthetic implementation. Some of the TM self tests need a non-degenerate TM implementation for their testing to be meaningful so check for a synthetic implementation and skip the test if so. powerpc: Use trap metadata to prevent double restart rather than zeroing trap

It's not very nice to zero trap for this, because then system calls no longer have trap_is_syscall(regs) invariant, and we can't distinguish between sc and scv system calls (in a later patch). Take one last unused bit from the low bits of the pt_regs.trap word for this instead. There is not a really good reason why it should be in trap as opposed to another field, but trap has some concept of flags and it exists. Ideally I think we would move trap to 2-byte field and have 2 more bytes available independently. Add a selftests case for this, which can be seen to fail if trap_norestart() is changed to return false.
