[ Upstream commit 9311e9540a8b406d9f028aa87fb072a3819d4c82 ]

In bareudp.sh, this script uses /bin/sh and it will load another lib.sh
BASH script at the very beginning.

But on some operating systems like Ubuntu, /bin/sh is actually pointed to
DASH, thus it will try to run BASH commands with DASH and consequently
leads to syntax issues:
  # ./bareudp.sh: 4: ./lib.sh: Bad substitution
  # ./bareudp.sh: 5: ./lib.sh: source: not found
  # ./bareudp.sh: 24: ./lib.sh: Syntax error: "(" unexpected

Fix this by explicitly using BASH for bareudp.sh. This fixes test
execution failures on systems where /bin/sh is not BASH.

<title>selftests: net: use setup_ns for bareudp testing</title>

Switch bareudp testing to use setup_ns, which sets up rp_filter by default.
This allows us to remove the manual rp_filter configuration from the script.

Additionally, since setup_ns handles namespace naming and cleanup, we no
longer need a separate cleanup function. We also move the trap setup earlier
in the script, before the test setup begins.

When working on the rp_filter problem, I didn't realise that disabling
it on the network devices didn't cover all cases: rp_filter could also
be enabled globally in the namespace, in which case it would drop
packets, even if the net device has rp_filter=0.

Some systems have rp_filter=1 as default configuration. This breaks
bareudp.sh as the intermediate namespaces handle part of the routing
with regular IPv4 routes but the reverse path is done with tc
(flower/tunnel_key/mirred).

Test different encapsulation modes of the bareudp module:
  * Unicast MPLS,
  * IPv4 only,
  * IPv4 in multiproto mode (that is, IPv4 and IPv6),
  * IPv6.

Each mode is tested with both an IPv4 and an IPv6 underlay.

v2:
  * Add build dependencies in config file (Willem de Bruijn).
  * The MPLS test now uses its own IP addresses. This minimises
    the amount of cleanup between tests and simplifies the script.
  * Verify that iproute2 supports bareudp tunnels before running the
    script (and other minor usability improvements).
