selftests: complete kselftest include centralization

This follow-up patch completes centralization of kselftest.h and ksefltest_harness.h includes in remaining seltests files, replacing all relative paths with a non-relative paths using shared -I include path in lib.mk Tested with gcc-13.3 and clang-18.1, and cross-compiled successfully on riscv, arm64, x86_64 and powerpc arch. selftests: mm: fix map_hugetlb failure on 64K page size systems

On systems with 64k page size and 512M huge page sizes, the allocation and test succeeds but errors out at the munmap. As the comment states, munmap will failure if its not HUGEPAGE aligned. This is due to the length of the mapping being 1/2 the size of the hugepage causing the munmap to not be hugepage aligned. Fix this by making the mapping length the full hugepage if the hugepage is larger than the length of the mapping.
