perf db-export: Add calls parent_id to enable creation of call trees

The call_path can be used to find the parent symbol for a call but not the exact parent call. To do that add parent_id to the call_return export. This enables the creation of a call tree from the exported data. perf db-export: Add trace begin / end branch type variants

Add branch types to cover different combinations with "trace begin" or "trace end". Previously, the Intel PT decoder would indicate begin / end by a branch from / to zero. That hides useful information, in particular when a trace ends with a call. Before remedying that, prepare the database export to export branch types with more combinations that include trace begin / end. In those cases extend the descriptions to include 'trace begin' and 'trace end' separately. perf symbols: Unify symbol maps

Remove the split of symbol tables for data (MAP__VARIABLE) and for functions (MAP__FUNCTION), its unneeded and there were various places doing two lookups to find a symbol, so simplify this. We still will consider only the symbols that matched the filters in place, i.e. see the (elf_(sec,sym)|symbol_type)__filter() routines in the patch, just so that we consider only the same symbols as before, to reduce the possibility of regressions. All the tests on 50-something build environments, in varios versions of lots of distros and cross build environments were performed without build regressions, as usual with all pull requests the other tests were also performed: 'perf test' and 'make -C tools/perf build-test'. Also this was done at a great granularity so that regressions can be bisected more easily. We cannot limit processing stacks from the current value of the sysctl, as we may be processing perf.data files, possibly from other machines. perf script: Fix export of callchains with recursion in db-export

When an IP with an unresolved symbol occurs in the callchain more than once (ie. recursion), then duplicate symbols can be created because the callchain nodes are never updated after they are first created. To fix this issue we call dso__find_symbol whenever we encounter a NULL symbol, in case we already added a symbol at that IP since we started traversing the callchain. This change prevents duplicate symbols from being exported when duplicate IPs are present in the callchain.
