Printing the info doesn't have any dependency on OpenCSD, and neither
does recording Coresight data. Because it's sometimes useful to look at
the info for debugging, it makes sense to be able to see it on the same
platform that the recording was made on.

So pull the auxtrace info printing parts into a new file that is always
compiled into Perf.

These aren't used outside of cs-etm so don't need stubs. Leave
cs_etm__process_auxtrace_info() which is used externally, and add an
error message so that it's obvious to users why it causes errors.

When ETE is present save the TRCDEVARCH register and set a new magic
number. It will be used to configure the decoder in a later commit.

Old versions of perf will not be able to open files with this new magic
number, but old files will still work with newer versions of perf.

Remove ambiguity in variable names relating to timestamps.

A later commit will save the sample kernel timestamp in one of the etm
structs, so name all elements appropriately to avoid confusion.

This is also removes some ambiguity arising from the fact that the
--timestamp argument to perf record refers to sample kernel timestamps,
and the /timestamp/ event modifier refers to CS timestamps, so the term
is overloaded.

The current fixed metadata version format (version 0), means that adding
metadata parameter items renders files from a previous version of perf
unreadable. Per CPU parameters appear in a fixed order, but there is no
field to indicate the number of ETM parameters per CPU.

This patch updates the per CPU parameter blocks to include a NR_PARAMs
value which indicates the number of parameters in the block.

The header version is incremented to 1. Fixed ordering is retained,
new ETM parameters are added to the end of the list.

The reader code is updated to be able to read current version 0 files,
For version 1, the reader will read the number of parameters in the
per CPU block. This allows the reader to process older or newer files
that may have different numbers of parameters than in use at the
time perf was built.

The variable 'traceid_list' is defined in the header file cs-etm.h,
if multiple C files include cs-etm.h the compiler might complaint for
multiple definition of 'traceid_list'.

To fix multiple definition error, move the definition of 'traceid_list'
into cs-etm.c.

So that we don't carry the session.h include directive in auxtrace.h,
which in turn opens a can of worms of files that were getting all sorts

Suzuki noticed that this should be more useful in a generic header, and
after looking I noticed we have it already in our copy of
include/linux/bits.h in tools/include, so just use it, test built on
x86-64 and ubuntu 19.04 with:
