ASoC: SOF: Intel: hda: Always clean up link DMA during stop

commit ab5593793e9088abcddce30ba8e376e31b7285fd upstream. This is required to reset the DMA read/write pointers when the stream is prepared and restarted after a call to snd_pcm_drain()/snd_pcm_drop(). Also, now that the stream is reset during stop, do not save LLP registers in the case of STOP/suspend to avoid erroneous delay reporting. This reverts commit f8ba62ac863c33fc0d8ac3f1270985c2b77f4377. The SoundWire aggregated solution was to use one DMA on multiple links. But, the solution changed to use one DMA for each link. It means that we should assign HDaudio stream_tag for each cpu_dai. During pause/reset or stop/start the LLP counter is not reset, which will result broken delay reporting. Read the LLP value on STOP/PAUSE trigger and use it in LLP reading to normalize the LLP from the register.
