ASoC: SOF: imx9: use SCMI API for LM management

Linux supports NXP's LMM SCMI protocol so switch to using the appropriate API. The SIPs were intended to act as placeholders until the support for said protocol was upstreamed. The underlying CPU protocol command from IMX_SIP_SRC_M_RESET_ADDR_SET is replaced by a LMM protocol command with the same effect (i.e. setting the boot address) since using the CPU protocol would require additional permissions (which TF-A already had). Apart from this, the SIPs are replaced by their equivalent Linux LMM commands. ASoC: SOF: imx: add driver for the imx95 chip

Add SOF support for the imx95 chip. Although the support is just for the imx95 chip, the driver is intended for all chips in the imx9 family. Note that the imx95 support could have just as easily been added to the imx8 platform driver but a new platform driver was created because the intention is to keep the families in separate drivers. Now that the common interface for imx chip has been introduced, there's no longer a need to have a separate platform driver for imx8ulp. As such, merge the driver with the imx8 driver. Furthermore, delete the old driver as it's no longer useful. ASoC: SOF: Compile and runtime IPC version selection

The new IPC4 version is only supported by Intel platforms, iMX, AMD and MediaTek only uses the standard SOF IPC. There is no need for these platforms to build kernel support for IPC4 as it is just dead code for them. SND_SOC_SOF_IPC3 and SND_SOC_SOF_INTEL_IPC4 is introduced to allow compile time selection and exclusion of IPC implementations. ASoC: SOF: Introduce fragment elapsed notification API

This patch prepares the introduction of the compress API with SOF. After each fragment is accepted by the DSP we need to inform the userspace applications that they can send the next fragment. This is done via snd_compr_fragment_elapsed. Similar with the PCM case, in order to avoid sending an IPC before the previous IPC is handled we need to schedule a delayed work to call snd_compr_fragment_elapsed(). See snd_sof_pcm_period_elapsed. To sum up this patch offers the following API to SOF code: * snd_sof_compr_init_elapsed_work * snd_sof_compr_fragment_elapsed Note that implementation for compressed function is in a new file selected via CONFIG_SND_SOC_SOF_COMPRESS invisible config option. This option is automatically selected for platforms that support the compress interface. For now only i.MX8 platforms support this. For symmetry we introduce snd_sof_pcm_init_elapsed_work to setup the work struct for PCM case. ASoC: SOF: imx: Add debug support for imx platforms

This patch adds debug support for imx platforms. This is important in order to gather information about the state of the DSP in case of an oops and the reason for the oops. This is done by checking if a message with a panic code has been placed in the debug box, in the imx8_dsp_handle_request function from sof/imx. If positive, the function imx8_dump, added in common, will be called. The first step is to gather information about the registers, filename, line number and stack by calling the imx8_get_registers, added in common. Then the information will be printed to the console by calling the get_status function.
