Static arrays/structs for regmap configuration like 'struct
reg_default', 'struct reg_sequence' and others are not modified so can
be changed to const for more safety.

Use the newer RUNTIME_PM_OPS() and SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS() macros
instead of SET_RUNTIME_PM_OPS() and SET_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS() together
with pm_ptr(), which allows us dropping ugly __maybe_unused
attributes.

This optimizes slightly when CONFIG_PM is disabled, too.

Rt722 supports multi-lane and the driver doesn't call sdw_slave_read_prop()
to get all properties. Add sdw_slave_read_lane_mapping() to get the
required lane mapping property.

Now the MBQ regmap implementation handles multiple sizes, this driver
can combine its two register maps into one. So remove mbq_regmap and
combine all the registers into regmap.

Also as rt722_sdca_adc_mux_get/put() only exist to access mbq_regmap,
rather than doing any processing, these can now be dropped and the
normal DAPM helpers used.
