[ Upstream commit b7405dcf7385445e10821777143f18c3ce20fa04 ]

bond_header_parse() can loop if a stack of two bonding devices is setup,
because skb->dev always points to the hierarchy top.

Add new "const struct net_device *dev" parameter to
(struct header_ops)->parse() method to make sure the recursion
is bounded, and that the final leaf parse method is called.

asm/unaligned.h is always an include of asm-generic/unaligned.h;
might as well move that thing to linux/unaligned.h and include
that - there's nothing arch-specific in that header.

Since commit
 baebdf48c3600 ("net: dev: Makes sure netif_rx() can be invoked in any context.")

the function netif_rx() can be used in preemptible/thread context as
well as in interrupt context.

Use netif_rx().

Ivaylo Dimitrov reported a regression caused by commit 7866a621043f
("dev: add per net_device packet type chains").

skb->dev becomes NULL and we crash in __netif_receive_skb_core().

Before above commit, different kind of bugs or corruptions could happen
without major crash.

But the root cause is that phonet_rcv() can queue skb without checking
if skb is shared or not.

Many thanks to Ivaylo Dimitrov for his help, diagnosis and tests.
