To be able to use an initially unmapped initrd with xen the following
header files must be synced to a newer version from the xen tree:

include/xen/interface/elfnote.h
include/xen/interface/xen.h

As the KEXEC and DUMPCORE related ELFNOTES are not relevant for the
kernel they are omitted from elfnote.h.

As part of this make the usual change to xen_ulong_t in place of unsigned long.
This change has no impact on x86.

The Linux definition of struct multicall_entry.result differs from the Xen
definition, I think for good reasons, and used a long rather than an unsigned
long. Therefore introduce a xen_long_t, which is a long on x86 architectures
and a signed 64-bit integer on ARM.

Use uint32_t nr_calls on x86 for consistency with the ARM definition.

Build tested on amd64 and i386 builds. Runtime tested on ARM.

Add the hypercall sub-ops and the structures for the shared data used
in the FIFO-based event channel ABI.

The design document for this new ABI is available here:

In summary, events are reported using a per-domain shared event array
of event words.  Each event word has PENDING, LINKED and MASKED bits
and a LINK field for pointing to the next event in the event queue.

There are 16 event queues (with different priorities) per-VCPU.

Key advantages of this new ABI include:

- Support for over 100,000 events (2^17).
- 16 different event priorities.
- Improved fairness in event latency through the use of FIFOs.

The ABI is available in Xen 4.4 and later.

On ARM we want these to be the same size on 32- and 64-bit.

This is an ABI change on ARM. X86 does not change.

In order to add xen EFI frambebuffer video support, it is required to add
xen-efi's new video type (XEN_VGATYPE_EFI_LFB) case and handle it in the
function xen_init_vga and set the video type to VIDEO_TYPE_EFI to enable
efi video mode.

All the original Xen headers have xen_pfn_t as mfn and pfn type, however
when they have been imported in Linux, xen_pfn_t has been replaced with
unsigned long. That might work for x86 and ia64 but it does not for arm.
Bring back xen_pfn_t and let each architecture define xen_pfn_t as they
see fit.

<title>xen/pcpu: Xen physical cpus online/offline sys interface</title>

This patch provide Xen physical cpus online/offline sys interface.
User can use it for their own purpose, like power saving:
by offlining some cpus when light workload it save power greatly.

Its basic workflow is, user online/offline cpu via sys interface,
then hypercall xen to implement, after done xen inject virq back to dom0,
and then dom0 sync cpu status.
