[ Upstream commit d95e99a74eaf35c070f5939295331e5d7857c723 ]

A recent commit modified struct irdma_alloc_ucontext_resp by adding a
member with implicit padding in front of it, though this does not change
the offset of the data members other than m68k. Reported by
scripts/check-uapi.sh:

==== ABI differences detected in include/rdma/irdma-abi.h from 1dd7bde2e91c -&gt; HEAD ====
    [C] 'struct irdma_alloc_ucontext_resp' changed:
type size changed from 704 to 640 (in bits)
      1 data member deletion:
        '__u8 rsvd3[2]', at offset 640 (in bits) at irdma-abi.h:61:1
      1 data member insertion:
        '__u8 revd3[2]', at offset 592 (in bits) at irdma-abi.h:60:1

Change the size back to the previous version, and remove the implicit
padding by making it explicit and matching what x86-64 would do by placing
max_hw_srq_quanta member into a naturally aligned location.

<title>RDMA/irdma: Introduce GEN3 vPort driver support</title>

In the IPU model, a function can host one or more logical network
endpoints called vPorts. Each vPort may be associated with either a
physical or an internal communication port, and can be RDMA capable. A
vPort features a netdev and, if RDMA capable, must have an associated
ib_dev.

This change introduces a GEN3 auxiliary vPort driver responsible for
registering a verbs device for every RDMA-capable vPort. Additionally,
the UAPI is updated to prevent the binding of GEN3 devices to older
user-space providers.

<title>RDMA/irdma: Use HW specific minimum WQ size</title>

HW GEN1 and GEN2 have different min WQ sizes but they are
currently set to the same value.

Use a gen specific attribute min_hw_wq_size and extend ABI to
pass it to user-space.

<title>RDMA/irdma: Allow accurate reporting on QP max send/recv WR</title>

Currently the attribute cap.max_send_wr and cap.max_recv_wr
sent from user-space during create QP are the provider computed
SQ/RQ depth as opposed to raw values passed from application.
This inhibits computation of an accurate value for max_send_wr
and max_recv_wr for this QP in the kernel which matches the value
returned in user create QP. Also these capabilities needs to be
reported from the driver in query QP.

Add support by extending the ABI to allow the raw cap.max_send_wr and
cap.max_recv_wr to be passed from user-space, while keeping compatibility
for the older scheme.

The internal HW depth and shift needed for the WQs needs to be computed
now for both kernel and user-mode QPs. Add new helpers to assist with this:
irdma_uk_calc_depth_shift_sq, irdma_uk_calc_depth_shift_rq and
irdma_uk_calc_depth_shift_wq.

Consolidate all the user mode QP setup into a new function
irdma_setup_umode_qp which keeps it with its counterpart
irdma_setup_kmode_qp.

Commit 48d6b3336a9f ("RDMA/irdma: Add ABI definitions") adds
./include/uapi/rdma/irdma-abi.h with an additional unneeded closing
bracket at the end of the SPDX-License-Identifier line.

Hence, ./scripts/spdxcheck.py complains:

  include/uapi/rdma/irdma-abi.h: 1:77 Syntax error: )

Remove that closing bracket to make spdxcheck.py happy.
