<title>ASoC: SOF: Add support for IPC IO between DSP and Host</title>

Define an IPC ABI for all host &lt;--&gt; DSP communication. This ABI should
be transport agnostic. i.e. it should work on MMIO and SPI/I2C style
interfaces.
