Remove the ambiguity with GPL-2.0 and use an explicit GPL-2.0-only
tag.

FW interface for HDA DAI parameters was extended with information on
sampling rate and channel count in version 3.16. Align kernel header
with the FW change. This change is backwards compatible. Old firmware
will ignore the values.

case of a connection with a demux for synchronize playback over
multiple ALH DAIs.

This patch restores the field name to fifo_bits_b since the
legacy firmware compatibility code (for firmware ABI 3.0.0 or earlier)
sets it in sof_link_dmic_load() function in topology.c. Setting of
reserved_2 didn't look appropriate.

This patch changes the flexible array member pdm[] into a fixed
array of four that is the max. number of stereo PDM controllers
in the current Intel platforms. The change simplifies DMIC DAI
load code and aligns the IPC with other DAI types.

The change is compatible with old and new firmware with similar
change. The ABI minor version is increased due to change in
IPC headers.

The only configuration parameter is the ALH stream ID. No range
checking is done by the driver, the firmware should check that the
stream is valid for a specific hardware.

The "WITH Linux-syscall-note" exception exists for headers exported to
user space. It is strange to add it to non-exported headers.

Commit 687a3e4d8e61 ("treewide: remove SPDX "WITH Linux-syscall-note"
from kernel-space headers") did cleanups some months ago, but it looks
like we need to do this periodically.

This patch was generated by the following script:

  git grep -l -e Linux-syscall-note \
    -- :*.h :^arch/*/include/uapi/asm/*.h :^include/uapi/ :^tools |
  while read file
  do
          sed -i -e 's/(\(GPL-[^[:space:]]*\) WITH Linux-syscall-note)/\1/g' \
          -e 's/ WITH Linux-syscall-note//g' $file
  done

I did not commit drivers/staging/android/uapi/ion.h . This header is
not currently exported, but somebody may plan to move it to include/uapi/
when the time comes. I am not sure. Anyway, it will be better to check
the license inconsistency in drivers/staging/android/uapi/.
