mtd: nand: Rename nand.h into rawnand.h

We are planning to share more code between different NAND based devices (SPI NAND, OneNAND and raw NANDs), but before doing that we need to move the existing include/linux/mtd/nand.h file into include/linux/mtd/rawnand.h so we can later create a nand.h header containing all common structure and function prototypes. Also setting this field to NAND_ECC_SOFT in all boards using this driver since none of them had CONFIG_MTD_NAND_S3C2410_HWECC enabled. The s3c2410 is allowing board data to overload the default ECC layout defined inside the driver, but this feature is not used by board specific definitions. Kill this field so that we can easily move to a model where ecclayout are dynamically allocated by the NAND controller driver.
