To get more coverage, enable COMPILE_TEST for this driver.

While at it, to fix build on other archs, select MMP_SRAM only for ARCH_MMP
and also fix the platform header

sram_get_gpool is only used for legacy, non-DT MMP/PXA platforms. Provide
an empty version in order to build on ARM64.

Commit 293b2da1b611 ("ARM: pxa: move platform_data definitions")
moved the file to the current location but forgot to remove the pointer
to its previous location. Clean it up. While at it also change the header
file protection macros appropriately.

Platform data for device drivers should be defined in
include/linux/platform_data/*.h, not in the architecture
and platform specific directories.

This moves such data out of the pxa include directories
