arizona_extcon_do_magic does not lend a lot of clarity to the purpose of the function, and as all the registers used are described in the datasheet there is no need to obfuscate the code. ASoC: wm5102: Move ultrasonic response settings lock to the driver level

The wm5102 driver currently uses the snd_soc_codec mutex to protect its ultrasonic response settings from concurrent access. This patch moves this lock to the driver level. mfd: arizona: Only free the CTRLIF_ERR IRQ if we requested it

We only request the control interface error IRQ if we set ctrlif_error, as such we should only free it in that situation. Otherwise we will attempt to free an IRQ we never requested and get a warning from the IRQ core. Newer versions of the IP introduce short circuit protection which will also shutdown the speaker. Rename the interrupt and associated register bits associated with thermal events to better fit the function and avoid conflict with future interrupt additions.
