Passing the struct ptp_clock_info caps by parameter is passing over 130 bytes of data by value on the stack. Optimize this by passing it by reference instead. ptp_qoriq: fix register memory map

The 1588 timer on eTSEC Ethernet controller uses different register memory map with DPAA Ethernet controller. Now the new ENETC Ethernet controller uses same reigster memory map with DPAA. ptp_qoriq: add little enadian support

ptp_qoriq: make structure/function names more consistent

Strings containing "ptp_qoriq" or "qoriq_ptp" which were used for structure/function names were complained by users. Let's just use the unique "ptp_qoriq" to make these names more consistent.
