CAM_CSI block has ACLK, PCLK and PLL clocks. PCLK id is already
assigned. To use PCLK and PLL clock in driver add id macro for CAM_CSI_PLL
and CAM_CSI_PCLK.

Number of clocks supported by Linux drivers might vary - sometimes we
add new clocks, not exposed previously. Therefore these numbers of
clocks should not be in the bindings, as that prevents changing them.
Remove it entirely from the bindings, once Linux drivers stopped using
them.

Clock controller driver of FSD platform is designed to have separate
instances for each particular CMU. So clock IDs in this bindings header
also start from 1 for each CMU block.
