The callback fb_probe in struct drm_fb_helper is unused. Remove it.
New drivers should set struct drm_driver.fbdev_probe instead and call
drm_client_setup() to instantiate in-kernel DRM clients.

If the fbdev buffer is backed by stolen memory, it has to be cleared
upon resume from hibernation. Move the code into the new callback
fb_set_suspend, so that it can run from DRM's generic fbdev client.
No functional change. Other drivers are not affected.

i915's fbdev contains code for restoring the client's framebuffer. It
is specific to i195 and cannot be ported to the common fbdev client.

Introduce the callback struct drm_fb_helper.fb_restore and implement
it for i915. The fbdev helpers invoke the callback after restoring the
fbdev client.

The drm_fb_helper_deferred_io() uses struct fb_deferred_io_pageref,
which isn't available without CONFIG_FB_DEFERRED_IO. Put the function
under corresponding #ifdef to fix build failure if deferred I/O isn't
enabled.

Implement dedicated fbdev helpers for framebuffer I/O instead
of using DRM's helpers. Use an fbdev generator macro for
deferred I/O to create the fbdev callbacks. i915 was the only
caller of the DRM helpers, so remove them from the helper module.

i915's fbdev emulation is still incomplete as it doesn't implement
deferred I/O and damage handling for mmaped pages.

v4:
	* generate deferred-I/O helpers
	* use initializer macros for fb_ops
v2:
	* use FB_IO_HELPERS options

Export drm_fb_helper_damage() and drm_fb_helper_damage_range(), which
handle damage areas for fbdev emulation. This is a temporary export
that allows to move the DRM I/O helpers for fbdev into drivers. Only
fbdev-generic and i915 need them. Both will be updated to implement
damage handling by themselves and the exported functions will be removed.

Consolidate all handling of CONFIG_DRM_FBDEV_LEAK_PHYS_SMEM by
making the module parameter optional in drm_fb_helper.c.

Without the config option, modules can set smem_start in struct
fb_info for internal usage, but not export if to userspace. The
address can only be exported by enabling the option and setting
the module parameter. Also update the comment.
