Add a new field to struct xfs_ibulk to directly pass XFS_IWALK* flags,
and thus remove the need to indirect the SAME_AG flag through
XFS_IBULK*.

Fix up xfs_inumbers to now pass in the XFS_IBULK* flags into the flags
argument to xfs_inobt_walk, which expects the XFS_IWALK* flags.

Currently passing the wrong flags works for non-debug builds because
the only XFS_IWALK* flag has the same encoding as the corresponding
XFS_IBULK* flag, but in debug builds it can trigger an assert that no
incorrect flag is passed.  Instead just extra the relevant flag.

xfs_trans_alloc_empty can't return errors, so return the allocated

Allow the V5 bulkstat ioctl to return information about metadata
directory files so that xfs_scrub can find and scrub them, since they
are otherwise ordinary directories.

(Metadata files of course require per-file scrub code and hence do not
need exposure.)

The predicate xfs_internal_inum tells us if an inumber refers to one of
the inodes rooted in the superblock.  Soon we're going to have internal
inodes in a metadata directory tree, so this helper should be renamed
to capture its limited scope.

Ondisk inodes will soon have a flag to indicate that they're metadata
inodes.  Head off some confusion by renaming the xfs_is_metadata_inode
predicate to xfs_is_internal_inode.

We're about to start adding functionality that uses internal inodes that
are private to XFS.  What this means is that userspace should never be
able to access any information about these files, and should not be able
to open these files by handle.

To prevent users from ever finding the file or mis-interactions with the
security apparatus, set S_PRIVATE on the inode.  Don't allow bulkstat,
open-by-handle, or linking of S_PRIVATE files into the directory tree.
This should keep private inodes actually private.

The remaining callers of kmem_free() are freeing heap memory, so
we can convert them directly to kfree() and get rid of kmem_free()
altogether.

This conversion was done with:

During review of the patcheset that provided reloading of the incore
iunlink list, Dave made a few suggestions, and I updated the copy in my
dev tree.  Unfortunately, I then got distracted by ... who even knows
what ... and forgot to backport those changes from my dev tree to my
release candidate branch.  I then sent multiple pull requests with stale
patches, and that's what was merged into -rc3.

So.

This patch re-adds the use of an unlocked iunlink list check to
determine if we want to allocate the resources to recreate the incore
list.  Since lost iunlinked inodes are supposed to be rare, this change
helps us avoid paying the transaction and AGF locking costs every time
we open any inode.

This also re-adds the shutdowns on failure, and re-applies the
restructuring of the inner loop in xfs_inode_reload_unlinked_bucket, and
re-adds a requested comment about the quotachecking code.

Retain the original RVB tag from Dave since there's no code change from
the last submission.
