bcachefs was marked 'externally maintained' in 6.17 but the code
remained to make the transition smoother.

It's now a DKMS module, making the in-kernel code stale, so remove
it to avoid any version confusion.

We'd like users to be able to debug without building custom kernels, so
this will help us get rid of CONFIG_BCACHEFS_DEBUG, at least for most
things.

Debugging infrastructure for async objs: this lets us easily create
fast_lists for various object types so they'll be visible in debugfs.

Add new object types to the BCH_ASYNC_OBJS_TYPES() enum, and drop a
pretty-printer wrapper in async_objs.c.

Pulling out a helper from cmd_list.c, as the rest is being rewritten in
Rust but we're not ready to rewrite lower-level btree code in Rust.

bch2_btree_verify() verifies that the btree node on disk matches what we
have in memory. This patch changes it to verify every replica, and also
fixes it for interior btree nodes - there's a mem_ptr field which is
used as a scratch space and needs to be zeroed out for comparing with
what's on disk.

Initially forked from drivers/md/bcache, bcachefs is a new copy-on-write
filesystem with every feature you could possibly want.
