bcachefs was marked 'externally maintained' in 6.17 but the code
remained to make the transition smoother.

It's now a DKMS module, making the in-kernel code stale, so remove
it to avoid any version confusion.

When there is commit error that need split btree leaf, fsck might change
the value of trans-&gt;journal_entries.u64s, when retry commit, the value of
trans-&gt;journal_u64s would be incorrect, which will lead to trans-&gt;journal_res.u64s
underflow, and then out of bounds write will occur:

<title>bcachefs: bch2_check_fix_ptrs() can now repair btree roots</title>

This is straightforward enough: check_fix_ptrs() currently only runs
before we go RW, so updating the btree root pointer in c-&gt;btree_roots
suffices - it'll be written out in the first journal write we do.

For that, do_bch2_trans_commit_to_journal_replay() now handles
JSET_ENTRY_btree_root entries.

There can be a lot of rendundancy in accounting updates within a single
btree transaction.

Split out accounting updates so that they can be deduped, in the next
commit.

We'd like users to be able to debug without building custom kernels, so
this will help us get rid of CONFIG_BCACHEFS_DEBUG, at least for most
things.
