Re-use the existing support for boot-up logos to draw a monochrome
graphical logo in the DRM panic handler. When no suitable graphical
logo is available, the code falls back to the ASCII art penguin logo.

Note that all graphical boot-up logos are freed during late kernel
initialization, hence a copy must be made for later use.

If CONFIG_FB_CORE=y and CONFIG_FB=n, the frame buffer bootup logos can
no longer be enabled. Fix this by making CONFIG_LOGO depend on
CONFIG_FB_CORE instead of CONFIG_FB, as there is no good reason for the
logo code to depend on the presence of real frame buffer device drivers.

Fixes: 55bffc8170bb ("fbdev: Split frame buffer support in FB and FB_CORE symbols")

A command line option is much more flexible than a config option and
the supporting code is small. Gets rid of #ifdefs in the code too...

time to clean up the logos as well.

The SGI Visual Workstation seems to be dead; remove support so we
don't have to continue maintaining it.

We can't show the extra logo from boot code if FB is built as a module.
Make the FB_LOGO_EXTRA depend on FB=y.

Let spu_management_ops.enumerate_spus() return the number of found SPEs
and use that information to draw some little helper penguin logos.
