A platform_driver does not need to set an owner, it will be populated by the
driver core.

<title>video: fbdev: replace strnicmp with strncasecmp</title>

The kernel used to contain two functions for length-delimited,
case-insensitive string comparison, strnicmp with correct semantics and
a slightly buggy strncasecmp. The latter is the POSIX name, so strnicmp
was renamed to strncasecmp, and strnicmp made into a wrapper for the new
strncasecmp to avoid breaking existing users.

To allow the compat wrapper strnicmp to be removed at some point in the
future, and to avoid the extra indirection cost, do
s/strnicmp/strncasecmp/g.

We don't want random users to be able to spam the logs, and commit
37549e94c77a94a9c32b5ae3313a3801cb66adf9 (sysfs: disallow
world-writable files.) finally makes this a build error.

Use clk_prepare_enable/clk_disable_unprepare to make the driver
work properly with common clock framework.

The drivers/video directory is a mess. It contains generic video related
files, directories for backlight, console, linux logo, lots of fbdev
device drivers, fbdev framework files.

Make some order into the chaos by creating drivers/video/fbdev
directory, and move all fbdev related files there.

No functionality is changed, although I guess it is possible that some
subtle Makefile build order related issue could be created by this
patch.
