fbdev: Allow compile test of GPIO consumers if !GPIOLIB

The GPIO subsystem provides dummy GPIO consumer functions if GPIOLIB is not enabled. Hence drivers that depend on GPIOLIB, but use GPIO consumer functionality only, can still be compiled if GPIOLIB is not enabled. fbdev: select versatile helpers for the integrator

Commit 11c32d7b6274cb0f554943d65bd4a126c4a86dcd "video: move Versatile CLCD helpers" missed the fact that the Integrator/CP is also using the helper, and as a result the platform got only stubs and no graphics. fbdev: kconfig: replace PPC_OF with PPC

The PPC_OF is a ppc specific option which is used to mean that the firmware device tree access functions are available. Since all the ppc platforms have a device tree, it is aways set to 'y' for ppc. So it makes no sense to keep a such option in the current kernel. Replace it with PPC. Device driver should not directly select subsystems. In this case we get build warnings like warning: (ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB && PINCTRL_AT91 && PINCTRL_NOMADIK && MFD_TC6393XB && FB_VIA) selects GPIOLIB which has unmet direct dependencies (ARCH_WANT_OPTIONAL_GPIOLIB || ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB) which we can avoid using the normal 'depends on' statement.
