What platform_device_add_properties() does is it allocates dynamically a software node that will contain the device properties supplied to it, and then couples that node with the device. Since that node is always created, it might as well be constant. usb: dwc3: haps: Workaround matching VID PID

i.MX6QP and i.MX7D platform use a PCIe controller with the same VID and PID as this USB controller. The system may incorrectly match this driver to that PCIe controller.
