In qcom_smem_state_register() and qcom_smem_state_release(), we
should better use of_node_get() and of_node_put() for the reference
creation and destruction of 'device_node'.

It is easy to forget to call qcom_smem_state_put() after
a qcom_smem_state_get(). Introduce a devm_qcom_smem_state_get()
helper function that automates this so that qcom_smem_state_put()
is automatically called when a device is removed.

Update the property names to match device tree bindings, the correct
values should be qcom,smem-states and qcom,smem-state-names.

Also update the #qcom,smem-state-cells for consistency, before we merge
any users of these properties.
