FC-LS and FC-GS specifications outline fields for registering a platform
name identifier (PNI) to the fabric.  The PNI assists fabrics with
identifying the physical server source of frames in the fabric.

lpfc generates a PNI based partially on the uuid specific for the
system.  Initial attempts to extract a uuid are made from SMBIOS's
System Information 08h uuid entry.  If SMBIOS DMI does not exist, a PNI
is not generated and PNI registration with the fabric is skipped.

The PNI is submitted in FLOGI and FDISC frames.  After successful fabric
login, the RSPNI_PNI CT frame is submitted to the fabric to register the
OS host name tying it to the PNI.

<title>scsi: lpfc: Fix leaked ndlp krefs when in point-to-point topology</title>

In point-to-point topology, the driver sometimes defers the unsolicited
FLOGI LS_ACC until it sends its FLOGI to the remote port.  When this
happens, lpfc neglects to release the ndlp allocated for the unsolicited
FLOGI.  This patch adds code to release the ndlp for the deferred
unsolicited FLOGI LS_ACC.

An NLP_FLOGI_DFR_ACC flag is introduced to facilitate identifying an
ndlp with an expected deferred FLOGI LS_ACC completion.  When
lpfc_cmpl_els_rsp() detects the correct qualifiers, it releases the
initial reference on the ndlp object.  And when lpfc_cmpl_els_rsp()
exits, the remaining put for the deferred action is executed and the
ndlp is released.

Atomicity is not necessary for debugfs directory accounting because
vport deletion and creation is already serialized.  Creation has always
been serialized through sysfs.  Deletion is serialized via walking the
lpfc_create_vport_work_array and calling fc_vport_terminate one-by-one
for each NPIV port.

Because debugfs_remove recursively removes debugfs entries, the
lpfc_debugfs_terminate routine is updated to remove only the parent/root
debugfs directories.  As such, there no longer is a need to keep track
of each individual debugfs entry so clean up the unused phba dentries.

not used anywhere.  Delete the unused variables from struct lpfc_hba and

Commit b35108a51cf7 ("jiffies: Define secs_to_jiffies()") introduced
secs_to_jiffies().  As the value here is a multiple of 1000, use
secs_to_jiffies() instead of msecs_to_jiffies() to avoid the multiplication

This is converted using scripts/coccinelle/misc/secs_to_jiffies.cocci with
the following Coccinelle rules:

lpfc_next_online_cpu() opencodes cpumask_next_and_wrap() by using
a for-loop. Use it and make the lpfc_next_online_cpu() a plain
one-liner.

While there, rework lpfc_next_present_cpu() similarly. Notice that
cpumask_next() followed by cpumask_first() in the worst case of an
empty mask may traverse the mask twice. Cpumask_next_wrap() takes
care of that correctly.

In direct attached topology, certain target vendors that are quick to issue
FLOGI followed by a cable pull for more than dev_loss_tmo may result in a
kref imbalance for the remote port ndlp object.

Add an nlp_get when the defer_flogi_acc flag is set.  This is expected to
balance the nlp_put in the defer_flogi_acc clause in the
lpfc_issue_els_flogi() routine.  Because we need to retain the ndlp ptr,
reorganize all of the defer_flogi_acc information into one
lpfc_defer_flogi_acc struct.
