Commit 391e2f25601e ("[SCSI] BusLogic: Port driver to 64-bit")
introduced a serious issue for 64-bit systems. With this commit,
64-bit kernel will enumerate 8*15 non-existing disks. This is caused
by the broken CCB structure. The change from u32 data to void *data
increased CCB length on 64-bit system, which introduced an extra 4
byte offset of the CDB. This leads to incorrect response to INQUIRY
commands during enumeration.

Fix disk enumeration failure by reverting the portion of the commit
above which switched the data pointer from u32 to void.

The ISA support in Buslogic has been broken for a long time, as all
the I/O path expects a struct device for DMA mapping that is derived from
the PCI device, which would simply crash for ISA adapters.

Trivial fix to spelling mistake, adatper_reset_req should be
adapter_reset_req. Also break up very long seq_printf statement into
multiple lines.

<title>SCSI host lock push-down</title>

Move the mid-layer's -&gt;queuecommand() invocation from being locked
with the host lock to being unlocked to facilitate speeding up the
critical path for drivers who don't need this lock taken anyway.

The patch below presents a simple SCSI host lock push-down as an
equivalent transformation. No locking or other behavior should change
with this patch. All existing bugs and locking orders are preserved.

Additionally, add one parameter to queuecommand,
	struct Scsi_Host *
and remove one parameter from queuecommand,
	void (*done)(struct scsi_cmnd *)

Scsi_Host* is a convenient pointer that most host drivers need anyway,
and 'done' is redundant to struct scsi_cmnd-&gt;scsi_done.

Minimal code disturbance was attempted with this change. Most drivers
needed only two one-line modifications for their host lock push-down.

<title>[SCSI] BusLogic: make FlashPoint support x86-32 only</title>

We've verified that there are 64 bit and endianness problems in the
flashpoint driver. Reverse the logic of CONFIG_OMIT_FLASHPOINT (make
it CONFIG_SCSI_FLASHPOINT) and make it depend on X86_32 so it can't
appear for any other architectures. Long term, if someone chooses,
they could make FlashPoint 64 bit compliant (it looks like its a
question of fixing up the sizes in some of the packed descriptors)
