After the switch to devm_* functions and the removal of
rtc_device_unregister(), the 'remove' function does not do anything.
Delete it.

Switch to using the SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS macro to declare the driver's

Add an RTC driver for TPS80031/TPS80032 chips by TI.  This driver
supports:
 - Setting and getting time and date.
 - Setting and reading alarm time.
 - Alarm and interrupt functionlity.
