Current code sets config.driver_data to a zero initialized regulator
which is obviously wrong. Fix it.

According to the datasheet:
REGISTER DETAILS − 0x02 BUCK, BUCK_OUT is BIT0 ~ BIT7.

So vsel_mask for FAN53880_BUCK should be 0xFF.

Use DIV_ROUND_UP to prevent truncation by integer division issue.
This ensures we return enough delay time.

Also fix returning negative value when new_sel &lt; old_sel.
