Add RPMH regulators exposed by Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. PM7550 PMIC.
It has 6 FTS525 (FT-SMPS) and 23 LDOs with 3 different types.
L1-L11 are LDO515 LV NMOS, L12-L13 are LDO515 MV PMOS, L14-L23 are
LDO512 MV PMOS.

All FTSMPS525 regulators support LV and MV ranges; however,
the boot loader firmware will determine which range to use as
the device boots.

Nonetheless, the driver cannot determine which range was selected,
so hardcoding the ranges as either LV or MV will not cover all cases
as it's possible for the firmware to select a range not supported by
the driver's current hardcoded values.

To this end, combine the ranges for the FTSMPS525s into one struct
and point all regulators to the updated combined struct. This should
work on all boards regardless of which range is selected by the firmware
and more accurately caputres the capability of this regulator on a
hardware level.

Previous commits cleaning up kerneldoc used the term "negative error
number" to refer to error condition return values. Update remaining
instances of other terminology such as "error code" or "errno" as
well so the whole regulator subsystem is unified.

PMIC. It has 7 LDOs with 3 different types, LDO1 - LDO2 are L502
NMOS LDOs, LDO5 and LDO7 are L502 PMOS LDOs, LDO3/LDO4/LDO6 are
L502 PMOS LDO for low noise applications. Also, LDO3 - LDO7 don't

The type of the smps4 regulator from pm8550ve is actually FTSMPS525
medium voltage. So fix it accordingly.
