Allow pins muxed to the "gpio" or "egpio" function to be requested as
GPIOs even if pinmux_ops say the controller should be strict.

In order to simplify cleanup actions, use devres-enabled version of
gpiochip_add_data().  As the msm_pinctrl_remove() function is now empty,
drop it and all its calls from the corresponding pinctrl drivers.

After commit 0edb555a65d1 ("platform: Make platform_driver::remove()
return void") .remove() is (again) the right callback to implement for
platform drivers.

Convert all platform drivers below drivers/pinctrl to use .remove(),
with the eventual goal to drop struct platform_driver::remove_new(). As
.remove() and .remove_new() have the same prototypes, conversion is done
by just changing the structure member name in the driver initializer.

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is ignored (apart
from emitting a warning) and this typically results in resource leaks.

To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return
void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to
.remove_new(), which already returns void. Eventually after all drivers
are converted, .remove_new() will be renamed to .remove().

To convert all those qcom pinctrl drivers, make msm_pinctrl_remove()
return void (instead of zero) and use .remove_new in all drivers.

Remove the msm_function struct to reuse the generic pinfunction

It has been observed that dual edge triggered wakeirq GPIOs on SDM845
doesn't trigger interrupts on the falling edge.

Enabling wakeirq_dual_edge_errata for SDM845 indicates that the PDC in
SDM845 suffers from the same problem described, and worked around, by
Doug in 'c3c0c2e18d94 ("pinctrl: qcom: Handle broken/missing PDC dual
edge IRQs on sc7180")', so enable the workaround for SDM845 as well.

The specific problem seen without this is that gpio-keys does not detect
the falling edge of the LID gpio on the Lenovo Yoga C630 and as such
consistently reports the LID as closed.

The UFS_RESET pin is the magical pin #150 now, not 153 per the
sdm845_groups array declared in this file. Fix the order of pins so that
UFS_RESET is 150 and the SDC pins follow after.
