These drivers are GPIO drivers, and the do not need to use the legacy header in , go directly for instead. Replace any use of GPIOF_* with 0/1, these flags are for consumers, not drivers. The U8540 was an evolved version of the U8500, but it was never mass produced or put into products, only reference designs exist.
