Use preferred device_get_match_data() instead of of_match_device() to
get the driver match data. With this, adjust the includes to explicitly
include the correct headers.

Convert platform_get_resource(), devm_ioremap_resource() to a single

When krealloc() fails and pctrl-&gt;functions is NULL, no error
return code of berlin_pinctrl_build_state() is assigned.
To fix this bug, ret is assigned with -ENOMEM when pctrl-&gt;functions
is NULL.
