arch/powerpc/include/asm/prom.h includes some headers that it doesn't need
itself.  Add the missing headers to files that include prom.h so we can
remove them from prom.h.

Those functions are not used outside of this file, so mark them static.

Also mark rpadlpar_io_exit() as __exit.

<title>powerpc/eeh: Make early EEH init pseries specific</title>

The eeh_ops-&gt;probe() function is called from two different contexts:

1. On pseries, where we set EEH_PROBE_MODE_DEVTREE, it's called in
   eeh_add_device_early() which is supposed to run before we create
   a pci_dev.

2. On PowerNV, where we set EEH_PROBE_MODE_DEV, it's called in
   eeh_device_add_late() which is supposed to run *after* the
   pci_dev is created.

The "early" probe is required because PAPR requires that we perform an RTAS
call to enable EEH support on a device before we start interacting with it
via config space or MMIO. This requirement doesn't exist on PowerNV and
shoehorning two completely separate initialisation paths into a common
interface just results in a convoluted code everywhere.

Additionally the early probe requires the probe function to take an pci_dn
rather than a pci_dev argument. We'd like to make pci_dn a pseries specific
data structure since there's no real requirement for them on PowerNV. To
help both goals move the early probe into the pseries containment zone
so the platform depedence is more explicit.

The find_dlpar_node() helper returns a device node with its reference
incremented.  Both the add and remove paths use this helper for find the
appropriate node, but fail to release the reference when done.

Annotate the find_dlpar_node() helper with a comment about the incremented
reference count and call of_node_put() on the obtained device_node in the
add and remove paths.  Also, fixup a reference leak in the find_vio_slot()
helper where we fail to call of_node_put() on the vdevice node after we
iterate over its children.

<title>PCI: Add SPDX GPL-2.0+ to replace GPL v2 or later boilerplate</title>

Add SPDX GPL-2.0+ to all PCI files that specified the GPL and allowed
either GPL version 2 or any later version.

Remove the boilerplate GPL version 2 or later language, relying on the
assertion in b24413180f56 ("License cleanup: add SPDX GPL-2.0 license
identifier to files with no license") that the SPDX identifier may be used
instead of the full boilerplate text.

rpadlpar_core.c: Provide parallel routines to search the older device-
tree properties ("ibm,drc-indexes", "ibm,drc-names", "ibm,drc-types"
and "ibm,drc-power-domains"), or the new property "ibm,drc-info".

The interface to examine the DRC information is changed from a "get"
function that returns values for local verification elsewhere, to a
"check" function that validates the 'name' and/or 'type' of a device
node.  This update hides the format of the underlying device-tree
properties, and concentrates the value checks into a single function
without requiring the user to verify whether a search was successful.
