<title>PCI: iproc: Implement MSI controller node detection with of_msi_xlate()</title>

The functionality implemented in the iproc driver in order to detect an
OF MSI controller node is now fully implemented in of_msi_xlate().

Replace the current msi-map/msi-parent parsing code with of_msi_xlate().

Since of_msi_xlate() is also a deviceID mapping API, pass in a fictitious
0 as deviceID - the driver only requires detecting the OF MSI controller
node not the deviceID mapping per-se (of_msi_xlate() return value is
ignored for the same reason).

PCIe r6.0 changed the abbreviation for "Configuration Request Retry Status"
Completion Status from "CRS" to "RRS" and uses the terminology of
"Configuration RRS Software Visibility" instead of "CRS Software
Visibility".

Align the Linux usage with the r6.0 spec language. No functional change
intended.

It's confusing to make this change, but I think "RRS" *is* a better
abbreviation because it was easy to interpret "CRS" as "Completion Retry
Status", which really didn't make any sense.

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks.

The iproc driver always returns 0, it's just a bit hidden. So make
iproc_pcie_remove() return void instead of always zero and convert the
platform driver to the alternative remove callback that returns void and
eventually replaces the int returning callback.

Register 0x43c in its low 24 bits contains PCI class code.

Update code to set all 24 bits of PCI class code and not only upper 16 bits
of PCI class code.

Use a new macro PCI_CLASS_BRIDGE_PCI_NORMAL which represents whole 24 bits
of normal PCI bridge class.

  PCI_CLASS_BRIDGE_PCI_SUBTRACTIVE

If config pci_ops.read() methods return failure, the PCI_OP_READ() and
PCI_USER_READ_CONFIG() wrappers use PCI_SET_ERROR_RESPONSE() to set the
data value, so there's no need to set it in the pci_ops.read() methods
themselves.

Drop the unnecessary data value fabrication when pci_ops.read() fails.
