Remove support for configuring the device via platform data because
there are no users of wl1251_platform_data left in the mainline kernel.

<title>treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'</title>

Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over
'---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually
decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.

This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines,
I also fixed the indentation.

There are a variety of indentation styles found.

  a) 4 spaces + '---help---'
  b) 7 spaces + '---help---'
  c) 8 spaces + '---help---'
  d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---'
  e) 1 tab + '---help---' (correct indentation)
  f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---'
  g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---'

In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the
following commend:

  $ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/'

<title>net/wireless: fix spaces and grammar copy/paste in vendor Kconfig help text</title>

Lots of the wireless driver vendor Kconfig symol help text says
"questions about cards." (2 spaces between "about" and "cards")

Besides dropping one of those spaces, it also needs some other word
inserted there. Instead of putting each vendor's name there, I chose
to say "these" cards in all of the Kconfig help text.

Rename WL_TI to WLAN_VENDOR_TI to match with other vendor configs and make sure
that it's enabled by default in new configs. Convert menuconfigs to regular
configs to unify the wireless drivers menuconfig. Part of reorganising wireless
drivers directory and Kconfig.

Also remove WLCORE dependency to WL_TI. It should not be needed as WLCORE is
already under if WLAN_VENDOR_TI.

<title>wlcore: move wl12xx_platform_data up and make it truly optional</title>

The platform data is used not only by wlcore-based drivers, but also
by wl1251. Move it up in the directory hierarchy to reflect this.

Additionally, make it truly optional. At the moment, disabling
platform data while wl1251_sdio or wlcore_sdio are enabled doesn't
work, but it will be necessary when device tree support is
implemented.

Add the wl18xx module and the probe functions. Use wlcore for the
main parts (not functional at this point due to differences in the
wl18xx initialization).

Rename the wl12xx driver directory to wlcore as an initial step
