ray_cs: Avoid reading past end of buffer

[ Upstream commit e48d661eb13f2f83861428f001c567fdb3f317e8 ] Using memcpy() from a buffer that is shorter than the length copied means the destination buffer is being filled with arbitrary data from the kernel rodata segment. In this case, the source was made longer, since it did not match the destination structure size. Additionally removes a needless cast. This was found with the future CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE feature. Resolve by replacing the address with the URL so that we do not have to keep updating the header comments anytime the address changes. Add a new constant ETH_P_802_3_MIN, the minimum ethernet type for an 802.3 frame. Frames with a lower value in the ethernet type field are Ethernet II. Also update all the users of this value that David Miller and I could find to use the new constant. Also correct a bug in util.c. The comparison with ETH_P_802_3_MIN should be >= not >. ray_cs: read past the end of the array

"translate" should either be set or disabled. We also use it an offset into the framing[] array when we're generating the proc file. Framing looks like this: static const char *framing[] = { "Encapsulation", "Translation" } So when we're setting translate we need to restrict the values to either 1 or 0 or it can an out of bounds read.
