With the WEP/TKIP code having moved to libipw, it now
needs to select CRYPTO_LIB_ARC4 to have the dependency,
and I forgot to move that.

CFG80211_WEXT_EXPORT is no longer needed, if we only make
ipw2200 return the static name for SIOCGIWNAME itself.

There's no driver left using this other than ipw2200,
so move the data bookkeeping and code into libipw.

There's already much code in libipw that used to be shared
with more drivers, but now with the prior cleanups, those old
Intel ipw2x00 drivers are also the only ones using whatever is
now left of lib80211. Move lib80211 entirely into libipw.

Drop some bogus Kconfig selects that are not entirely accurate, and
unnecessary to begin with, since the same Kconfig options also select
LIB80211 features that already imply the selected functionality (AES
for CCMP, ARC4 and ECB for TKIP)

<title>ipw2x00: Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones</title>

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
  If not .svg:
    For each line:
      If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
        For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
	  If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
              Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

<title>docs: networking: reorganize driver documentation again</title>

Organize driver documentation by device type. Most documents
have fairly verbose yet uninformative names, so let users
first select a well defined device type, and then search for
a particular driver.

While at it rename the section from Vendor drivers to
Hardware drivers. This seems more accurate, besides people
sometimes refer to out-of-tree drivers as vendor drivers.

<title>treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'</title>

Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over
'---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually
decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.

This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines,
I also fixed the indentation.

There are a variety of indentation styles found.

  a) 4 spaces + '---help---'
  b) 7 spaces + '---help---'
  c) 8 spaces + '---help---'
  d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---'
  e) 1 tab + '---help---' (correct indentation)
  f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---'
  g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---'

In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the
following commend:

  $ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/'
