irda: Fix FSF address in file headers

Several files refer to an old address for the Free Software Foundation in the file header comment. Resolve by replacing the address with the URL so that we do not have to keep updating the header comments anytime the address changes. __GFP_ZERO is an uncommon flag and perhaps is better not used. static inline dma_zalloc_coherent exists so convert the uses of dma_alloc_coherent with __GFP_ZERO to the more common kernel style with zalloc. Remove memset from the static inline dma_zalloc_coherent and add just one use of __GFP_ZERO instead. Trivially reduces the size of the existing uses of dma_zalloc_coherent. I believe these error messages are already logged on allocation failure by warn_alloc_failed and so get a dump_stack on OOM. Remove the unnecessary additional error logging. drivers/net: fix up function prototypes after __dev* removals

The __dev* removal patches for the network drivers ended up messing up the function prototypes for a bunch of drivers. This patch fixes all of them back up to be properly aligned. module_param: make bool parameters really bool (net & drivers/net)

module_param(bool) used to counter-intuitively take an int. In fddd5201 (mid-2009) we allowed bool or int/unsigned int using a messy trick. It's time to remove the int/unsigned int option. For this version it'll simply give a warning, but it'll break next kernel version. (Thanks to Joe Perches for suggesting coccinelle for 0/1 -> true/false). Cc: "David S.
