treewide: Convert del_timer() to timer_shutdown()

Due to several bugs caused by timers being re-armed after they are shutdown and just before they are freed, a new state of timers was added called "shutdown". After a timer is set to this state, then it can no longer be re-armed. The following script was run to find all the trivial locations where del_timer() or del_timer_sync() is called in the same function that the object holding the timer is freed. It also ignores any locations where the timer->function is modified between the del_timer*() and the free(), as that is not considered a "trivial" case. sparc/vio: make remove callback return void

The driver core ignores the return value of struct bus_type::remove() because there is only little that can be done. To simplify the quest to make this function return void, let struct vio_driver::remove() return void, too. All users already unconditionally return 0, this commit makes it obvious that returning an error code is a bad idea and should prevent that future driver authors consider returning an error code. Note there are two nominally different implementations for a vio bus: one in arch/sparc/kernel/vio.c and the other in arch/powerpc/platforms/pseries/vio.c. This patch only addresses the former. net: remove 'fallback' argument from dev->ndo_select_queue()

After the previous patch, all the callers of ndo_select_queue() provide as a 'fallback' argument netdev_pick_tx. The only exceptions are nested calls to ndo_select_queue(), which pass down the 'fallback' available in the current scope - still netdev_pick_tx. We can drop such argument and replace fallback() invocation with netdev_pick_tx(). This avoids an indirect call per xmit packet in some scenarios (TCP syn, UDP unconnected, XDP generic, pktgen) with device drivers implementing such ndo. It also clean the code a bit.
