We should prefer `struct pci_device_id` over `DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE` to meet kernel coding style guidelines. This issue was reported by checkpatch. The firmware patch for the Saturn PHY fixes a bug, but is not absolutely essential. And its licence is unclear, so it is not included in all distributions. Just log an error message and continue if it is missing or invalid. drivers/net: fix up function prototypes after __dev* removals

The __dev* removal patches for the network drivers ended up messing up the function prototypes for a bunch of drivers. This patch fixes all of them back up to be properly aligned.
