This big patch sprinkles const on local variables and
function arguments which may refer to netdev-&gt;dev_addr.

Commit 406f42fa0d3c ("net-next: When a bond have a massive amount
of VLANs...") introduced a rbtree for faster Ethernet address look
up. To maintain netdev-&gt;dev_addr in this tree we need to make all
the writes to it got through appropriate helpers.

Some of the changes here are not strictly required - const
is sometimes cast off but pointer is not used for writing.
It seems like it's still better to add the const in case
the code changes later or relevant -W flags get enabled
for the build.

No functional changes.

The qed_hsi.h is a huge header file containing HSI (Hardware Software
Interface) definitions of storm memory access, debug related, general
and management firmware specific. In order to have a better
code-organization HSI definition, this patch split the code across
multiple files, i.e.
- storm memory access HSI : qed_iro_hsi.h
- debug related HSI : qed_dbg_hsi.h
- Management firmware HSI : qed_mfg_hsi.h
- General HSI : qed_hsi.h

In addition, this patch also fixes existing checkpatch warnings and
few important checks.

To simplify qed_chain_alloc() prototype and call sites, introduce struct
qed_chain_init_params to specify chain params, and pass a pointer to
filled struct to the actual qed_chain_alloc() instead of a long list
of separate arguments.

<title>qed: Use dmae to write to widebus registers in fw_funcs</title>

There are several wide-bus registers written to by the fw_funcs
that require using the dmae for atomicity. Therefore using the dmae
channel functionality was added to the fw_funcs file, since the code
is very similar to the previously used code, the structures used were
moved to qed_hsi. Due to FW conventions, the names of the flags in the
struct changed. Since this required slight modification in the places
that set the flags the code was modified to use GET/SET FIELD macros.

This patch refactors the current llh implementation. It exposes a hw
resource called ppfid (port-pfid) and implements an API for configuring
the resource. Default configuration which was used until now limited
the number of filters per PF and did not support engine affinity per
protocol. The new API enables allocating more filter rules per PF and
enables affinitizing protocol packets to a certain engine which
enables full 100g protocol offload support.

This patch modifies the dmae API to enable performing a dmae operation
to another PF. This enables sharing between the llh entries between PFs
and thus increasing the amount of filters per PF under certain
configurations.
The llh entries require using the dmae since the memory is widebus,
which requires atomicity in access.

Initiating final cleanup after an ungraceful driver unload can lead to bad
PCI accesses towards the host.
This patch revises the load sequence so final cleanup is sent while the
internal master enable is cleared, to prevent the host accesses, and clears
the internal error indications just before enabling the internal master
enable.
