We should prefer `struct pci_device_id` over `DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE` to
meet kernel coding style guidelines. This issue was reported by checkpatch.

A simplified version of the semantic patch that makes this change is as
follows (http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/):

// <smpl>

@@
identifier i;
declarer name DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE;
initializer z;
@@

- DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE(i)
+ const struct pci_device_id i[]
= z;

// </smpl>

This driver explicitly clears a field that is unused and about to be
removed. Remove the initialization.

All fields in skb_shared_info before dataref are cleared in
__alloc_skb, so the removal is safe even while syststamp exists.

This patch remove variables that are initialized with a constant,
are never updated, and are only used as parameter of return.
Return the constant instead of using a variable.

Verified by compilation only.

The coccinelle script that find and fixes this issue is:

constant C;
identifier ret;
