We should prefer `struct pci_device_id` over `DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE` to meet kernel coding style guidelines. This issue was reported by checkpatch. vxge: remove deprecated syststamp timestamp

This patch remove variables that are initialized with a constant, are never updated, and are only used as parameter of return. Return the constant instead of using a variable. Verified by compilation only.
