Wrap use of netdev_priv() in order to change the allocator of the device
private structure from alloc_etherdev_mq() to the devlink in next commit.

All but one netdev_priv() calls in the whole driver are replaced, the
remaining one is called on MACVLAN (so not ixgbe) device.

Ability to handle maximum FCoE frames of 2158 bytes can never be changed
and thus more of an attribute, not a toggleable feature.
Move it from netdev_features_t to "cold" priv flags (bitfield bool) and
free yet another feature bit.

ixgbe_fcoe_ddp_setup() can be called from the main I/O path and is called
with a spin_lock held, so we have to use GFP_ATOMIC allocation instead of
GFP_KERNEL.

As with other networking drivers, remove the unnecessary driver version
from the Intel drivers. The ethtool driver information and module version
will then report the kernel version instead.

For ixgbe, i40e and ice drivers, the driver passes the driver version to
the firmware to confirm that we are up and running.  So we now pass the
value of UTS_RELEASE to the firmware.  This adminq call is required per
the HAS document.  The Device then sends an indication to the BMC that the
PF driver is present. This is done using Host NC Driver Status Indication
in NC-SI Get Link command or via the Host Network Controller Driver Status
Change AEN.

What the BMC may do with this information is implementation-dependent, but
this is a standard NC-SI 1.1 command we honor per the HAS.

Replace the open-coded implementation for reading the PCIe DSN with
pci_get_dsn().

The original code used a simple for-loop to read the bytes in order into
a buffer one byte at a time.

The pci_get_dsn() function returns the DSN as a u64, correctly ordering
the upper and lower 32 bit dwords. Simplify the display code by using
%016llX to display the u64 DSN.

This should have equivalent behavior on both Little and Big Endian
systems. The bus will have correctly ordered the dwords in the CPU
endian format, while pci_get_dsn() will correctly order the lower and
higher dwords into a u64.

ixgbe_fcoe_ddp_setup(), ixgbe_setup_fcoe_ddp_resources() and
ixgbe_sw_init() are never called in atomic context.
They call kmalloc(), dma_pool_alloc() and kzalloc() with GFP_ATOMIC,
which is not necessary.
GFP_ATOMIC can be replaced with GFP_KERNEL.

This is found by a static analysis tool named DCNS written by myself.
