[ Upstream commit ffe68c3766997d82e9ccaf1cdbd47eba269c4aa2 ]

dma_free_coherent() in error path takes priv->rx_buf.alloc_len as
the dma handle. This would lead to improper unmapping of the buffer.

Change the dma handle to priv->rx_buf.alloc_phys.

hrtimer_setup() takes the callback function pointer as argument and
initializes the timer completely.

Replace hrtimer_init() and the open coded initialization of
hrtimer::function with the new setup mechanism.

Patch was created by using Coccinelle.

Remove pci_clear_master to simplify the code,
the bus-mastering is also cleared in do_pci_disable_device,
like this:
./drivers/pci/pci.c:2197
static void do_pci_disable_device(struct pci_dev *dev)
{
	u16 pci_command;

	pci_read_config_word(dev, PCI_COMMAND, &pci_command);
	if (pci_command & PCI_COMMAND_MASTER) {
 pci_command &= ~PCI_COMMAND_MASTER;
 pci_write_config_word(dev, PCI_COMMAND, pci_command);
	}

	pcibios_disable_device(dev);
}.
And dev->is_busmaster is set to 0 in pci_disable_device.

Commit 406f42fa0d3c ("net-next: When a bond have a massive amount
of VLANs...") introduced a rbtree for faster Ethernet address look
up. To maintain netdev->dev_addr in this tree we need to make all
the writes to it got through appropriate helpers.

Copy the address into an array on the stack, then call
eth_hw_addr_set().

The wrappers in include/linux/pci-dma-compat.h should go away.

The patch has been generated with the coccinelle script below.

It has been hand modified to use 'dma_set_mask_and_coherent()' instead of
'pci_set_dma_mask()/pci_set_consistent_dma_mask()' when applicable.
This is less verbose.

A useless "err = -EIO;" assignment has been removed.
'dma_set_mask_and_coherent()' already return only 0 or -EIO.

It has been compile tested.

{

	struct ec_bhf_priv *priv = netdev_priv(net_dev);

	free_netdev(net_dev);

	pci_iounmap(dev, priv->dma_io);
	pci_iounmap(dev, priv->io);
...
}

priv is netdev private data, but it is used
after free_netdev(). It can cause use-after-free when accessing priv
pointer. So, fix it by moving free_netdev() after pci_iounmap()
calls.

pci_device_id are not supposed to change at runtime. All functions
working with pci_device_id provided by <linux/pci.h> work with
const pci_device_id. So mark the non-const structs as const.
