[ Upstream commit ffe68c3766997d82e9ccaf1cdbd47eba269c4aa2 ] dma_free_coherent() in error path takes priv->rx_buf.alloc_len as the dma handle. This would lead to improper unmapping of the buffer. hrtimer_setup() takes the callback function pointer as argument and initializes the timer completely. Replace hrtimer_init() and the open coded initialization of hrtimer::function with the new setup mechanism. Patch was created by using Coccinelle. Commit 406f42fa0d3c ("net-next: When a bond have a massive amount of VLANs...") introduced a rbtree for faster Ethernet address look up. To maintain netdev->dev_addr in this tree we need to make all the writes to it got through appropriate helpers. Copy the address into an array on the stack, then call eth_hw_addr_set(). The wrappers in include/linux/pci-dma-compat.h should go away. The patch has been generated with the coccinelle script below. It has been hand modified to use 'dma_set_mask_and_coherent()' instead of 'pci_set_dma_mask()/pci_set_consistent_dma_mask()' when applicable. This is less verbose. A useless "err = -EIO;" assignment has been removed. 'dma_set_mask_and_coherent()' already return only 0 or -EIO.
